I’ve had OCD for as long as I can remember and I’m 40 years old.
I’ve been on and off different medications over the years, spoken to psychiatrists, psychologists, done Cognitive Behavior Therapy, hypnotherapy, neurofeedback/biofeedback.

The Head Trash Clearance Method™ is from the field of Energy Psychology (EP). As with other Energy Psychology techniques it combines applying pressure to acupressure points, while engaging in a psychological framework and focusing on the aspect being worked on.
The psychological framework in this instance are a collection of Head Trash Clearance mantras. The application of pressure on known accupressure points is done using a hand position taken from the Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT).
