Pathways: Post-Certification Advanced Training

The training that opens once you’ve earned your certification.

Level 3 is where HTC’s deeper work lives: Absolute Healing for wound-level work, Head Trash Coaching as a specialist coaching application, Advanced HTC for complex cases. Alongside that, a small set of specialist trainings carry no prerequisite at all: open to any practitioner, any time.

Most of what’s below is for Level 2 certified practitioners, and none of that is open for direct enrolment yet. It becomes available as the next phase of training is released. The specialist trainings are the exception: no certification needed, and Tokophobia & RAD Awareness Training is live now. Register interest below to be notified when the rest opens.

Why these tracks sit at Level 3.

HTC training is structured in three levels for a reason.

Level 1 teaches the method on yourself. You learn the architecture, do the work, and complete twenty self-clearances. The foundation.

Level 2 teaches you to deliver the method with clients. Six months of supervised practice, case studies, certification assessment. This is where you become a working HTC practitioner.

Level 3 is where the deeper work and specialist applications live. The reason it’s gated by Level 2 certification isn’t arbitrary. It’s structural. The Level 3 tracks demand fluency in base clearance that practitioners only acquire through doing the Level 2 work properly. You can’t deliver wound-level healing from scripts, or apply HTC to specialist contexts effectively, without the base method being second nature.

Trying to learn Absolute Healing without fluency in clearance is like trying to learn jazz improvisation before you can read music. The architecture is too complex to navigate without the foundation underneath.

So Level 3 opens to practitioners who have completed Level 2 certification and are ready to go deeper.

One exception: the specialist trainings below (Tokophobia & RAD Awareness, Perinatal Blueprint) aren’t delivery training in the HTC method; they’re awareness and assessment tools for professionals who need to recognise the territory, not deliver clearance in it. No Level 2 required. No prerequisite at all.

The three core Level 3 tracks.

Absolute Healing

The deepest layer of the method: wound-level work.

Absolute Healing is the second depth of work in HTC. Where Clearance recalibrates emotional charge across patterns, Absolute Healing resolves the structural wounds underneath patterns: the imprints that keep regenerating the same material no matter how much clearance work has been done.

The protocol is significantly more complex than base clearance: where HTC has 12 core mantras across 6 dimensions, Absolute Healing operates on roughly seven layers, each with four to seven dimensions, each carrying paired polarity work, somewhere in the order of 50 to 70+ structural elements across the protocol.

That depth is why this is Level 3 work. The complexity demands the fluency in base clearance that Level 2 practitioners develop through six months of supervised client practice.

Who this is for

  • Certified HTC practitioners ready to deliver wound-level work with clients
  • Therapists, coaches, executive practitioners, organisational consultants, and helpers from any other path (yoga teachers, nutrition coaches, body-based practitioners, organisational leaders) who have completed Level 2 certification
  • Practitioners whose clients are presenting wound-level material that base clearance work alone isn’t fully resolving

What you’ll learn

  • The seven-layer wound architecture
  • How to identify wound material vs surface charge
  • The Absolute Healing technique (delivered as the AHA process: Absolute Healing Activation)
  • Treatment planning for wound work
  • Pre-session protocols and post-session integration
  • When wound work is indicated vs when clearance is sufficient

Format and timing: Not yet open. Becomes available to certified practitioners as the next phase of training is released.

Head Trash Coaching

Specialist coaching training built on HTC architecture.

Head Trash Coaching is a specialist training for practitioners (particularly coaches and helpers from coaching-adjacent paths) who want to operate at the intersection of strategic coaching and structural emotional change. It develops the coaching skill set specifically calibrated to working with HTC-cleared clients and clients whose patterns are wound-driven rather than strategic.

This isn’t general coaching certification. It’s coaching trained specifically to deliver outcomes where the underlying material has been (or is being) cleared via HTC. The two working together produce results that neither modality alone reliably reaches. Includes the GROW-UP model (UP = Unconscious Programming) and the Self-Sabotage Clearance Protocol.

Who this is for

  • Certified HTC practitioners who want to deepen their coaching skill set
  • Coaches who have completed Level 2 certification and want to integrate HTC into a coaching frame more deliberately
  • Practitioners working with executives, founders, leaders, and high-performers where strategic work meets structural emotional architecture
  • Organisational practitioners and team leaders building HTC-informed coaching capability internally

What you’ll learn

  • The Head Trash Coaching framework: how strategic coaching and HTC architecture combine
  • The GROW-UP model and the Self-Sabotage Clearance Protocol
  • Working with business and performance clients at the intersection of strategy and emotional structure
  • Treatment planning for combined coaching-clearance engagements
  • Coaching contracts and ethics specific to HTC-integrated practice
  • Practice development for HTC-integrated coaches

Format and timing: Not yet open. Becomes available as the next phase of training is released.

Advanced HTC

Deeper clearance technique work, edge cases, and complex client material.

Advanced HTC is for certified practitioners who want to deepen their delivery of the base method itself: working with edge cases, complex client presentations, technique refinement, and the kind of material that asks more of a practitioner than Level 2 training fully prepares you for.

Where Level 2 teaches you to deliver clearance with clients competently, Advanced HTC teaches you to deliver it across the full range of client material you’ll encounter as your practice matures.

Who this is for

  • Certified HTC practitioners with 12+ months of client practice
  • Practitioners encountering edge cases that Level 2 work didn’t fully prepare them for
  • Anyone wanting to refine the technique with material drawn from live practice

Format and timing: Not yet open. Becomes available as the next phase of training is released.

Specialist trainings: no certification required.

These sit entirely outside the Level 1–2–3 structure. They’re not delivery training in the HTC method; they’re awareness and assessment training for professionals who encounter this territory in their existing work. Open to any practitioner, any time.

Tokophobia & RAD Awareness Training

Specialist awareness training for working with severe birth fear and Reproductive Anxiety Disorder. Recognition, assessment, and referral, not full delivery training (that lives in Perinatal Imprint Healing, below). Aimed at midwives, perinatal mental health clinicians, doulas, and GPs. £495.

More Level 3 tracks.

Alongside the three core Level 3 tracks, these smaller specialist programmes serve certified practitioners working in specific contexts.

Perinatal Imprint Healing

Applying HTC to pregnancy, fertility, postnatal mental health, perinatal anxiety, birth fear. The application area HTC was originally built to address. Fearless Birthing is the consumer-facing arm of this work, and this track is for certified practitioners wanting to deliver it professionally. Looking at the perinatal path instead of HTC? →

How the waitlist works.

When you register interest in a track, three things happen:

  1. You’re added to the notification list for that track. When the track opens for enrolment, you receive an email with early-access information.
  2. You’re added to the broader Pathways update list. Alexia occasionally sends updates about Level 3 development: what’s being built, what’s in the pipeline, anticipated timing.
  3. Pricing benefits where applicable. Some cohorts have early-bird pricing for waitlist practitioners. Not all tracks; not all cohorts.

The waitlist is not a commitment. Registering interest doesn’t enrol you in anything or charge you anything. It’s a notification mechanism.

You can register interest in multiple tracks. Each track will notify you separately when it opens.

If you’re not yet HTC Level 2 certified.

The Level 3 tracks above aren’t accessible without Level 2 certification, for structural reasons. The depth of that work depends on fluency in base clearance that practitioners only develop through doing Level 2 properly. The specialist trainings (Tokophobia & RAD Awareness, Perinatal Blueprint) are the exception: no certification needed.

If you’re new to HTC, the path forward is:

  1. Level 1: personal use foundation. Three tiers available (Essentials, Group, 1:1 Immersion). Required before Level 2.
  2. Level 2: practitioner certification. Six months of supervised training to deliver HTC with clients.
  3. Level 3: most of the tracks on this page, available once Level 2 certification is complete. (Specialist trainings are the exception: open now, no certification required.)

For most practitioners committed to the full pathway, the L1+L2 Bundle (£4,500) is the right entry, and includes L1 Group Training plus the full L2 Practitioner Training.

That said: you can still register interest in Level 3 tracks now, even before certification. Many practitioners do: knowing what’s available downstream often shapes the choices made about Level 2 enrolment.

From practitioners moving toward Level 3.

I did wound healings on patterns I’d worked on for years in therapy without resolution. The shift came in ways I couldn’t have predicted. Boundaries I’d never been able to verbalise installed themselves at an energetic level. My mother started responding differently to me, because something had shifted in me. The healing affected the field around me, not just me.

Right after the work, you can see immediately. The person looks different: the way they move, the way they breathe. They can’t believe they were stuck thirty minutes ago. The long-term resolution I see (patterns that don’t recreate themselves, charge that doesn’t return) is what I couldn’t reach with my other trainings alone.
