HTC Practitioner Training

Train in the method that finally gives your practice the missing piece.

Measurement built in. A self-care layer that prevents burnout. An architecture that scales beyond 1:1. Sixteen years of development. Most training programmes don't include any of it.

This isn't another technique to add to your toolkit.

Head Trash Clearance is a complete methodology: clearance, healing, and measurement working together inside a single structured method. It was built coaching-first, not theory-first, over sixteen years of direct clinical and coaching application.

When you train in HTC, you're not adding a technique to your existing stack. You're learning a method with its own architecture, one that operates underneath talk, insight, and strategy. It works with what your existing modality can't reach directly.

And you're joining an ecosystem: four books, three podcasts with nearly two million combined downloads, the Clearance Club, the Practitioner Network, marketing support from a professional marketer (Alexia spent over 15 years in sales and marketing before building HTC), and the Ladder of Growth psychometric instrument. The infrastructure exists. You're training into it.

Two levels. One methodology. Three ways into each.

Every practitioner starts at Level 1, learning the method on yourself first. Level 2 is the practitioner certification where you learn to deliver it with clients. Each level has three formats so you can choose the structure, pacing, and support level that fits your context.

Level 1: Personal Mastery

Learn HTC on yourself. Build the emotional fluency and energetic testing competency that makes Level 2 possible. Every practitioner starts here.

Who trains in HTC.

Three broad groups. All are welcome. Different things matter to each.

Reflective practitioners

Therapists, counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, and clinical professionals trained in talk-based or integrative approaches, looking for a technique that reaches what their current methods cannot.

  • CBT, integrative, and person-centred practitioners
  • Trauma therapists
  • Clinical and counselling psychologists
  • Psychotherapists at any stage of their career

You bring the client-holding skills. HTC adds the technique that produces structural change.

Helpers from other paths

Coaches, energy workers, bodyworkers, spiritual practitioners, and people in adjacent helping roles who work with emotional material but were never trained in a structured methodology for clearing it.

  • Life coaches and executive coaches
  • Energy healers and bodyworkers
  • Midwives, doulas, and perinatal professionals
  • Yoga teachers and meditation facilitators
  • Career-changers from corporate or education

Organisational practitioners

People inside organisations who want the capability in-house rather than hired in. One head of training at a major beauty brand put her whole training team through HTC, so the concession sales teams they support could clear their sales head trash without leaving the building.

  • Learning & development professionals
  • In-house coaches adding a clearance capability
  • Team leads who want to support their people directly
  • HR and people teams

The honest caveat: HTC training doesn't teach foundational client-holding skills: open-ended questioning, deep listening, holding space. If you bring those from prior training or from substantial management, leadership, or people-facing experience, HTC adds the technique. If you don't yet have them, you'll want to develop them alongside the training. Alexia will talk this through with you in a fit conversation if it's relevant.

You're not just getting certified. You're joining an ecosystem.

Most certification programmes sell a technique and leave you to build everything else yourself. HTC training is structurally different: you're entering an established ecosystem with the tools, authority, and infrastructure to build a serious practice.

Marketing support

Positioning strategy, messaging frameworks, niche alignment, offer structure, templates, swipe files. Not generic marketing advice, but the architecture of how to position emotional work so the right clients find you.

Client-ready tools

The Clearance Club, structured programmes, client intake frameworks, session documentation templates. Infrastructure that supports your delivery from day one of certification.

Ecosystem authority

Four published books, three podcasts with nearly two million combined downloads, an established brand, and a growing body of documented case studies. Your certification sits inside something that already has weight.

Measurement (Ladder of Growth)

A psychometric instrument you can use professionally with clients: baselines, retakes, documented shifts. The thing that lets you show results rather than assert them.

Level 3 advanced tracks

After L2 certification, the pathway continues: Absolute Healing, Head Trash Coaching, Advanced HTC, and specialist application tracks. The depth keeps going.

The frame

Head Trash is a frame that normal people understand. It's not clinical. It's not esoteric. When you tell someone you're a Head Trash Clearance practitioner, they get it immediately. That matters for building a practice.

The Practitioner Network

After certification, you join the Practitioner Network: ongoing peer community, quarterly workshops, marketing support, and access to Level 3 tracks as they open. It's where the long-term practitioner development happens, and it's included with your certification.

Healing happens best when you've got SASS.

SASS is how we help you dial your support up or down. Every level of our training (and everything else we offer) is built through the SASS lens: different tiers carry different levels of SASS, so you can pick the level of support that fits your context, your time, your budget, and how much live guidance you want.

S

Structure

The curriculum, the pacing, the sequencing. How the learning unfolds and what order the work is delivered in. Every format has structure; the depth varies.

A

Accountability & Attention

Live calls, supervised practice, direct feedback from Alexia. The piece that keeps the work moving and catches what self-paced learning misses.

S

Speedy Shortcuts

The fast-tracks, the workarounds, the practitioner-level insights that come from sixteen years of delivery. Available in live formats where Alexia can read the room and intervene.

S

Support & Community

Practice partners, the peer group, the Practitioner Network, ongoing access to people doing the same work at your stage and beyond.

You don't have to take anyone's word for it, including Alexia's.

Most personal development and therapeutic training relies on subjective feedback. HTC is different: it includes the Ladder of Growth, a psychometric instrument that measures inner state structurally.

The Ladder of Growth works like DISC or StrengthsFinder, except it measures emotional architecture rather than behavioural style or talent. Clients take a baseline assessment, do the work, retake the assessment. The shift is documented. You can show results to clients, to referral partners, to yourself.

This changes how practitioners relate to their own work. You're not hoping it worked. You're not relying on client self-report weeks later. You have measurement data that shows what shifted and by how much.

Why measurement matters for your practice

Measurement changes everything downstream: case study documentation, referral credibility, your own confidence in the work, your ability to price appropriately, your capacity to attract clients who value results over process. When you can show what you produce, you stop competing on personality and start competing on outcomes.

The piece most practitioners don't expect: HTC is also your self-care tool for the rest of your working life.

Most training programmes focus entirely on what you'll do with clients. HTC is structurally different: the method is self-led. You learn it on yourself first, and you keep using it on yourself permanently.

Burnout risk

Practitioners across every modality are carrying enormous loads right now. Clients arrive with heavier material than most training prepared people for. Caseloads are full. The emotional residue accumulates across years. HTC gives you a tool that clears what would otherwise build up. A clearance runs in 20 minutes, between sessions, at the end of a hard day.

Stronger boundaries

When you've cleared your own material around people-pleasing, over-giving, boundary-blurring, and the need to be needed, your boundaries are structural rather than effortful. You hold them because the charge that used to override them has been cleared.

Truly holding space

The difference between a practitioner who has done deep inner work and one who hasn't is palpable in session. When your own material isn't running interference, you hear what's actually in the room, not what's being filtered through your own unresolved patterns.

Satisfaction & fulfilment

This work gives back. Practitioners talk about rediscovering the joy in the work: finishing sessions energised rather than drained, watching results land in their clients, and knowing, not hoping, that they're making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

The cherry on top: HTC scales.

This is what sets HTC apart from other methods. Most therapeutic and personal development modalities are locked into the 1:1 hour-for-money model; they simply don't scale. HTC does, not because scaling has been bolted on, but because the method was built that way. What that means for your own professional practice, compared to other methodologies, is hard to overstate.

One-to-many on Zoom

HTC can be delivered in group sessions. Alexia regularly runs clearance sessions with groups of 20+ participants. The technique works in a group format because the method doesn't require individual verbal processing: participants work internally while being guided through the structure.

Digital products

Clearance audio recordings, guided programmes, the Clearance Club. The method translates to asynchronous delivery because the core operation is self-led. Clients can do clearance work between sessions, on their own schedule, using structured tools you create or that exist within the ecosystem.

Group programmes

Workshops, retreats, corporate programmes, team sessions. The method scales to organisational and group contexts because the unit of work is internal: each participant is doing their own clearance within a shared structure. This opens revenue models most practitioners never access.

Collapsed timeframes

Scaling isn't only about reaching more people. HTC also scales what's possible within a timeframe: because the work is fast and structured, you can deliver a year's worth of healing in a month. Results compress into weeks, not years, and that changes what you can offer clients.

What practitioners say about training.

HTC is the most powerful modality I've come across in 20 years of practice. It reaches what my therapy training was designed to reach: faster, more structurally, and without requiring clients to relive their material.

Leah King
Leah King HTC Therapeutic Lead, Clinical Social Worker

I've trained in many modalities over 30 years. HTC is the first one where I can actually measure what's changed, and show clients the data. That changes everything about how I talk about my work.

Marise Hyman
Marise Hyman HTC Practitioner, South Africa

I wish I had discovered this 10 years ago. I would have saved myself $70k in therapy training.

Leah Psychotherapist

HTC is the Carlsberg of therapy; probably the best in the world.

Caroline
Caroline Trauma Therapist

The self-care element alone is worth the training. I no longer carry client material home. I can clear what lands in session before I leave the room. My career feels sustainable in a way it didn't before.

Kay Therapist & HTC Practitioner

What training is like.

Across both levels and all formats, certain elements are consistent:

  • You do the work on yourself: this is experiential training, not theoretical
  • Online learning portal with structured modules
  • Energetic testing is taught and practised
  • 20 self-clearances submitted for review (Level 1 certification requirement)
  • Case studies and certification assessment (Level 2)
  • Access to the wider ecosystem: books, podcasts, Clearance Club, Practitioner Network

Level 1: three formats

  • Essentials: Self-paced online. Materials access, 12 months to submit clearances. Maximum flexibility, minimum live support.
  • Group: 2-month cohort, bi-weekly live group calls with Alexia, practice partners, community. The best L1 format for most practitioners heading to L2.
  • 1:1 Immersion: 4-month private programme with Alexia. Personal healing and training blended together. Bespoke pacing.

Level 2: three formats

  • Standalone (£3,995): Full 6-month L2 certification for practitioners who've completed L1.
  • L1+L2 Bundle (£4,500): L1 Group + full L2 together. The complete route from start to certification.
  • Practitioner Mastery (£4,995/qtr): L2 + 1:1 sessions with Alexia, business support, messaging access. The high-touch route.

Level 3: the advanced training tier.

After L2 certification, the pathway continues. Level 3 comprises specialist tracks that deepen specific aspects of the methodology and open advanced application areas.

Absolute Healing

The wound-level work. For practitioners ready to work with deep, structural material: identity-level patterns, intergenerational themes, the material that sits underneath what clearance alone resolves. This is where the methodology reaches its full depth.

Head Trash Coaching

The coaching application framework. For practitioners integrating HTC into executive, performance, leadership, or organisational coaching. Structured methodology for using clearance within a coaching engagement, including session design and programme architecture.

Advanced HTC

Advanced technique and application. For practitioners who want to deepen their technical delivery, work with more complex presentations, and develop specialist expertise within the core clearance methodology.

Specialist application tracks

Beyond the three core Level 3 tracks, specialist application pathways are in development, including Perinatal Imprint Training, organisational and team applications, and performance contexts. These emerge as the Practitioner Network grows and specific application areas develop their own evidence base and practitioner demand.
