Most healing modalities ask you to take the practitioner’s word that the work landed. HTC is built differently. The cases below show what’s been documented across clearance work, wound healing, and the combined operations — with Map of Consciousness measurement, Ladder of Growth shifts, and the clinical or business outcomes that followed.
Why we document the work with data.
Every modality in this field claims to work. Almost none can show you what’s actually changed in instrument data.
That’s not a critique. It’s a structural feature of most healing traditions — they were developed before outcome measurement existed in rigorous form, and the cultures around them have historically treated measurement as adjacent to the work rather than part of it.
HTC was built differently. Measurement is part of the methodology, not bolted on. Every documented case below includes some combination of:
- Map of Consciousness scores — the measurement architecture Alexia developed across years of practice, before formalising the Ladder of Growth
- Ladder of Growth assessment shifts
- Clinical observations from the practitioner about what changed and how
- Outcome data — business, life, clinical, relational — that the client tracked alongside the work
For practitioners evaluating HTC training, these case studies are the documented record of what the method produces in skilled hands. They’re also a useful sense-check: if the cases below resonate with the client material you’re encountering in your own practice, the training is likely to be a fit.

Practitioners reading these cases will recognise the work in their own client material. The wound shows up differently in a therapy session than it does in a business strategy call — but it’s the same architecture underneath. That’s the basis on which HTC training opens at Level 3 to all certified practitioners — therapists, coaches, executive practitioners, organisational consultants, and helpers from any other path.
How these case studies are documented.
Each case study follows the same structure:

Clients have consented to having their cases documented (anonymised where appropriate). Names used are either client first names with permission, or generic identifiers (“the senior executive,” “the CEO”).
The measurement architecture used in older cases was the Map of Consciousness, scored through energetic testing and muscle testing. The Ladder of Growth — Alexia’s own measurement framework, which originated as a Head Trash Clearance journey in her first book — now picks up the same architecture through structured self-reported assessment.
LoG is a psychometric tool — comparable in shape to DISC, StrengthsFinder, VIA strengths, human design — applied to the architecture of the Emotional Operating System. The two systems (MoC and LoG) map onto each other; older cases use MoC scoring, newer cases use LoG.

The case studies aren’t just outcomes documentation. They’re a working illustration of what trained HTC practitioners can deliver.

Level 1
Learn the method on yourself. The conversion mechanic happens here: your own internal architecture shifts on instrument data, before you ever take HTC to a client.
Level 2
Practitioner certification. You learn to deliver clearance work with clients. The Sara case (anxiety cleared in 3 sessions) is representative of what Level 2 practitioners can deliver.
Level 3
Advanced training, including Absolute Healing. Where the wound work itself is taught. The Untouchable, Mother Wound, and Executive Burnout cases are representative of what Level 3 practitioners can deliver.
Open to therapists, coaches, executive practitioners, organisational consultants, and helpers from any other path — yoga teachers, personal trainers, nutrition coaches, body-based practitioners, organisational leaders — who can do the inner work on themselves first and hold space steadily while others do theirs.
