How these are written
Same chart, same rows, every post. Including the ones we lose.
Every comparison in this section uses one standard chart, so you can read across the whole series and the rows always line up. Evidence base, what each method works on, how it's delivered, what the practitioner experience looks like, how long the work takes.
And the chart is honest. EMDR wins the evidence rows, because it should: it has decades of RCTs and we have a research agenda. Therapy wins the long relational container, because some clients need one. Where HTC gets a cross, it's because a cross is the truthful answer.
A comparison you can't lose isn't a comparison. It's an advert.
More comparisons are on the way: hypnotherapy, EFT, IFS and CBT are all being written and reviewed now.
