There’s a gaping chasm between learning how to DO something and MASTERING it.
Mastery is more like art. It comes THROUGH you. It’s a form of self expression.
This is what I love about Head Trash Clearance.
Yes there are clear steps to follow.
Yes there are principles to adhere to.
But I like to think of these as mere guidelines.
They’re like the perimeter fence.
As long as you stay inside the fence, you can do WHAT you like and HOW you like.
If you love process and creating a consistent experience, you can.
If you get bored easily and like to mix things up, you can.
If you want your work to be serious and sombre, go for it.
If you prefer to work with humour and levity, you can do that too.
If you love working with groups, you can.
If your style is more laser directed potency for individuals, you can do that too.
If you want to follow your intuition and see where it takes you YOU CAN.
And whichever path you choose, you will still get incredible results.
But be warned. Making the leap from doer to master isn’t necessarily an easy one to make.
To allow something to come through you and emerge, some things need to go to make room.
You need to be able to let go…
… of all expectations
… of your need and desire to control things
… of your need to be liked
… of your need to be part of the gang
You need to be OK with looking the fool.
You need to be OK with failing and letting people down.
You need to be able to not only to TRUST your intuition, but to ACT on it WITHOUT QUESTION.
The work required to do all this requires you to hunt in the shadows. It can be scary, but epic too.
The inbound energy that comes from doing this work can be exhilarating. It will feed your creativity and ignite your intuition, your higher intelligence that KNOWS your path and your genius.
And who doesn’t want that?
